Katie Koutnik is a dedicated fitness coach specializing in helping women over 40 build muscle, tackle belly fat, and achieve sustainable fat loss. Despite facing a debilitating back injury that could have ended her fitness journey, Katie fought back, rebuilt her strength, and transformed her life. She now channels that same determination into empowering women over 40, showing them that it’s possible to achieve incredible results and make meaningful changes at any stage of life. Through her program Renew40, Katie helps guide women in their 40s to lose up to 20 lbs, build lean muscle, support perimenopause health and regain their confidence.
Featured in STRONG Fitness Magazine, Katie combines her personal experience with her professional expertise to focus on balanced nutrition, strength training, and hormone health. She also leads the Healthy Sports Mom community, where she supports busy moms in staying fit and healthy while raising active kids.
