Our mission is to help you grow and learn about yourself in a way that empowers you to live a life with deeper meaning, connection and inner peace. We are two women who are passionate about helping others navigate the ups and downs of relationships, grief, parenthood, and day-to-day life transitions—big and small. We believe therapy can be a healing place to explore life challenges and transitions. We offer holistic, person-centered psychotherapy addressing all areas of your life in a safe, calm and nonjudgmental space. Each person that we see has their own unique life story. And because of this, we specifically tailor therapy to you and your individual needs utilizing a broad range of techniques and modalities. In moments of reflection, we are better able to learn from our past, be present now, and work towards our future goals. These include but aren’t limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic-based therapy, motivational interviewing, relational-based therapy, couples, mindfulness and nature-based therapies. We hope to build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to be yourself in our office and feel safe, accepted, and heard and leave feeling empowered and inspired to change unhelpful habits.
