Kristin Urban-Dias is the owner and founder of Centered Healing LLC located in Milwaukee, WI. Kristin is a light worker who uses music, healing, sound, earth medicine, and movement in her practice. Kristin’s intuitive healing practices include: Aromatouch Therapy, Reiki Master Teacher, Chakra and Meridian Alignment, Ancestral Healing, Chord Cutting, Energy Clearing, Life Coaching, and Sound Therapy. She is also a yoga instructor, music teacher, licensed minister, and vocal coach . Her mission is to provide safe environments and opportunities for people to heal, connect, grow and midwife their gifts.
